We use an integrated pest management approach wherever possible, including eco-friendly control methods such as trapping. In some cases, rodenticide may be necessary as part of the treatment plan, particularly for more complex infestations. Where this is required, it will always be discussed with you.

Follow-up visits and reassessments are usually carried out within 7 days. During the programme, we will also identify any proofing recommendations and explain these clearly, so you can choose whether to include proofing work as part of your treatment plan.

Rat Eradication Packages

Our rat eradication programme includes multiple visits to help ensure the infestation is properly brought under control and fully resolved. For clarity, we offer three package options:

• Bronze – up to 3 visits – £195
• Silver – up to 4 visits – £245
• Gold – up to 6 visits – £345

Most rat treatments take around 3 to 4 visits over several weeks, depending on the severity of the infestation, the location of the activity, and whether proofing work is required.
