Complaints Policy
At Rat King Pest Control, we aim to provide a professional, fair and reliable service every time. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into the matter properly.
Complaints can be sent to admin@ratkingpestcontrol.co.uk with your name, service address, visit date and a clear explanation of your concern. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days, unless the matter requires further investigation.
We will review the complaint fairly, consider any evidence available, and respond with an appropriate outcome. This may include an explanation, apology, advice, return visit, re-treatment or refund where appropriate.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, customers may seek independent consumer advice or dispute resolution guidance.
