Sanitation helps treat areas that may have been contaminated by pest activity, including droppings, urine, nesting debris and lingering odours. It is an important follow-up service because removing the pest does not always remove the hygiene risks or unpleasant smells left behind.
What to expect from a Sanitation Service
Your technician will first assess the affected area and the level of contamination to determine the most suitable treatment approach. A professional sanitation treatment will then be carried out to the required areas, with advice provided on any further cleaning, waste removal or proofing recommendations where needed. We offer ULV sanitation which is a fine misting treatment designed to sanitise areas affected by pest activity. It helps treat surfaces and spaces where contamination or odours may remain after an infestation, making it a useful follow-up service once the pest issue has been brought under control. We also offer a more intensive decontamination and sanitation option, such as contaminated waste removal and disposal as well as sanitising and deodorising the area (for example, removing contaminated loft insulation, sanitising the area and replenishing insulation).
