Rats are highly destructive pests that pose serious health risks by spreading diseases and contaminating food. They can also cause structural damage by gnawing through wiring, pipes and insulation.
What to expect with a Rat Treatment Programme
Your technician will carry out a full survey and visual inspection of the affected area(s) to identify the level of infestation. Integrated Pest Management will be applied, using eco friendly methods such as trapping. Please note, rodenticide usage may be required in complex cases but you will be advised as necessary. Follow ups and reassessment will be carried out within 7 days. Any proofing recommendations will be shown, recorded and passed on to you so you can choose to add to your treatment plan.

Bronze - (up to 3 visits) - £195
Silver - (up to 4 visits) - £245
Gold - (up to 6 visits) - £345
Most treatments take 3–4 visits over several weeks, depending on the severity of the infestation and proofing required.
