Community Draw
Here at Rat King Pest Control, we are all about family and community. As a local, family run business, we understand the importance of safe, healthy environments for homes, businesses and shared spaces. That's why we are proud to be running a monthly community draw, giving one local winner a free ULV Sanitation Service. This initiative is our way of supporting community wellbeing, helping protect public spaces and saying thank you to the people who trust us to care for their environments.
A ULV Sanitation Service involves the use of specialised equipment to administer a fine dry mist which penetrates crevices and hard to reach areas to give an antiviral and
antibacterial disinfection. It kills pathogens such as Norovirus, Covid-19 and MRSA safely and effectively with minimal disruption. The application is able to treat large areas such as warehouses and offices as well as smaller areas such as homes and vehicles.
The draw will be held on the first of each month from 1st May 2026 and the winner will have until the end of the month to claim their service.

Terms and Conditions
1. The service will be completely free and no strings attached. Our initiative is purely for community outreach and we ask nothing of our entrants in return.
2. To be eligible for entry, entrants must be a shared space (business/charity/etc)
3. To be eligible for entry, entrants must be a part of our local community of Eastbourne and surrounding areas.
4. The draw is open to all shared spaces; existing clients or not.
5. Winners will be drawn and contacted on the 1st of the month privately using the contact details shared on the entry form.
6. Entrants who give their consent to their win being announced on our social media can provide any business/shared space details and links they would like to be shared in the post. This is to help build a network amongst our community where we can safely and freely promote and support local businesses.
7. There is no limit to the amount of times you may enter the draw per year, however, only one entry per month per business will be accepted.
8. Any entrants with multiple entries will be removed from the draw for the corresponding calendar month.
9. All applicant names will be anonymously assigned a reference number which will be added to a randomised draw application.
